Phase A:
84.0% Distilled Water
 2.5% Glycerine
6.8% Jeesperse ICE-T-LB-T-NS

Phase B:
0.5% Dimethicone or Luxglide N350
0.5% Shea Butter, melted
3.5% Oils of Choice
0.7% Polysorbate 80
0.5% Liquid Germall Plus
1.0% Fragrance

Directions:
In the main container, add Phase A ingredients and mix with immersion blender until homogeneous.
Add Phase B ingredients to Phase A one at a time, mixing with immersion blender until homogeneous.
