Deep Recovery Conditioning Hair Mask with Jeequat NDCS

Formulation provided by manufacturer.

Phase A:
77.0% Distilled Water
  4.0% Glycerine

Phase B:
0.5% DL Panthenol
1.0% Hydrolyzed Protein (Oats, Quinoa, Rice, or Baobab)

Phase C
12.0% Jeequat NDCS 

Phase D:
3.0% Jojoba or Argan Oil
2.0% Grape Seed Oil
0.5% Liquid Germall Plus

Directions:

1. Blend phase A until uniform.
2. Add phase B to phase A and continue mixing.
3. Add phase C to phase AB and start homogenization.
4. Add phase D to phases ABC and conitnue homogenizing the batch.
5. Adjust final pH to 4.5-4.8 with citric acid, mix until batch is uniform.
