Lab Notes from Mad Micas:
You've been asking, we delivered. Our True Red™ set, blended in the Mad Micas lab and ready to use out of the jar with no mixing or preparation required.
This blend may not look color-wheel red in powder form (may look pink in the jar), but don't be fooled; it explodes with vibrancy once introduced into any medium! Just follow the recommended usage rates and the True Red Blend will deliver.
A mica/pigment blend.
Because of the saturation level of the particular usage rate for this color for soap, one may experience colored bubbles when using. We recommend not using light colored washcloths or towels to avoid any staining.

Usage Rates:
Per lb/batter or base (NOT per lb/oils)
- CP soap: 7 GRAMS per pound of soap BATTER.
- MP soap (clear): 3 GRAMS per pound of SOAP BASE.
Note: White MP base will always create a pastel form of the colour due to the titanium dioxide in base.
Particle Size: 1-100 μm
Ingredients: Mica (CI 77019), polyurethane-11 (CAS 68258-82-2), iron oxide (CI 77491), titanium dioxide (CI 77891) D&C Red No. 28 (CI 45410)
