Lab Notes from Mad Micas:
Not only is this bright, it has to be the cheeriest yellow of all time. It reminds me so much of sour lemon candy my tongue is curling.
What’s interesting is the fact that the powder itself looks yellow with an orange hue, but that does not entirely carry through to the end product in every medium I tested it in: clear MP soap, CP soap and epoxy resin.
The resulting color in the products is kind of a super-bright version of lemon meringue pie. The orange hue may be pretty much gone (which is odd, as that doesn't usually happen, though it's hinted at in epoxy and clear MP), but I believe it's bringing SOMETHING special because the end result is stunning!
This is the perfect summer color since lemons and lemonade are a such big part of those hot lazy days. It also has a surprise hint of that orange in some light, though it's almost impossibly subtle. I love this. -
