OPERATIONS UPDATE

COVID-19 Operations Update as of March 25, 2020

Our retail store is now closed to the public.  We are offering curbside pick up.  Please place your order on our website. We will email you when your order is ready for pick up.  There is a phone number on the front door to call when you arrive for your order.  Your order will be placed on the table/stool outside our front door.

Our warehouse is still fully operational and we are shipping as normal.  Please refer to our Shipping Policies for details on how orders are shipped.  We are working as fast as we can to get your orders shipped.  There has been a huge increase in demand for packaging, along with other items.    

All couriers, including Canada Post, are operating.  That being said, in order to protect their drivers, Canada Post is no longer delivering parcels requiring a signature to your door.  Instead, you will be left a card indicating where you can pick up your parcel.  We apologize for this inconvenience, however we have no control over Canada Post policies.

COVID-19 Operations Update as of March 18, 2020

Our retail store remains open.  

We take the health and safety our our customers and staff very seriously. For that reason, we have made the decision to cancel all classes until further notice. Anyone registered for an upcoming class will receive a full refund and a phone call from one of our staff members.

VERY IMPORTANT:

IF YOU ARE FEELING UNWELL, PLEASE PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE FOR PICKUP RATHER THAN COMING TO THE STORE (and have a friend or loved one pick it up for you). As soon as your order is ready, we will call you to let you know. Please expect a 3 hour turnaround time for pick up orders.

If you are visiting our retail store, you will be asked to use either hand sanitizer (provided by us) or head to the washroom to wash your hands immediately upon entering. We reserve the right to limit the number of people in the store at any given time. If you are able to come in the evening between 6:00-8:00 pm, this seems to be the quietest time of the day.

We are using Clorox wipes to disinfect our Moneris terminal and front counter after each use. We will continue to disinfect all door handles as customers enter and leave the store. Bathroom handles, taps, light switches and fixtures will be wiped down after every use.  Shelves, and products on the shelves, are also being cleaned frequently.

SHIPPING:
We are working as fast as we can to get your orders shipped.  There has been a huge increase in demand for packaging, along with other items.  We are also experiencing a higher than normal volume of pick up orders.
